Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a booking or reservation. All itineraries and prices communicated in response to an inquiry are indicative quotations and subject to availability, supplier rates, and formal confirmation.

A booking is only confirmed when you have received a written confirmation from our team and paid the required deposit.

All “price from” figures shown on this website are indicative starting prices per person, in US dollars, for land services only (accommodation, guides, ground transport) unless otherwise stated. They exclude:

• International airfares
• Entry visas (Egyptian e-visa fees)
• Travel insurance
• Gratuities and personal expenses

Final pricing is confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed taxes.

Upon booking confirmation, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment details will be provided in your booking confirmation. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards (subject to a processing fee where applicable).

Cancellation charges as a percentage of the total booking value:

• More than 60 days before departure: deposit forfeited
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total cost
• Fewer than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.

While we make every effort to operate itineraries as planned, Egypt Unlocked / Sisi Travel reserves the right to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political events, site closures, acts of God). We will notify you promptly and offer equivalent alternatives where possible.

We strongly advise all travellers to hold comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability. This is a requirement for participation in some of our adventure-based itineraries.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they meet entry requirements for Egypt, including valid passports, visas, and any health certificates required at the time of travel. We are not liable for any costs arising from a traveller's failure to obtain required documents.

Egypt Unlocked and Sisi Travel act as agents for hotels, airlines, and ground operators. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these third-party suppliers. Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
